Changes To Privacy Policies - Scams Are Increasing

With the increase of eCommerce sales during COVID19, it has also meant an increase in scams.  And the target of these scams are our customers who are picking up packages from us.

Over the past year, we have seen an increase in fraudulent emails and communication of scammers pretending to be our customers to pickup packages.  Due to this, we have decided to tighten our policies up.

We will no longer be discussing our customers imported parcels with any 3rd party individual or company even if authorization is given by our customer unless ID is provided. This includes the sender of our customers packages and their suppliers.

If someone contacts us to get information about a package or arrange for pickup and their name, email, and reference numbers do not match - we will not be replying to them any information or arranging a pickup until everything can be verified.

The safety of our customers information and their imported products remain our number one priority.
