Book Pickup
If you've been notified that an item you've imported is ready for pickup, you can book a pickup by emailing us at bookings@mckenziepickups.com
- Please email us from the email associated with your import (that you gave to the person/company you bought from.)
- Please provide your name that should be on your mail parcel.
- Please provide us a reference number (this could be an order number, shipping number, invoice number or other reference number.)
- Please provide us your estimate of how many boxes you think you should have.
One of our associates will get back to you to arrange times/location.
Masks are not required for pickups as all of our locations where pickups happen are outdoors.
*Please note that with COVID19 and opening/closing of temporary pickup locations, we may change the location that would be different from what you were told when you originally ordered an item depending on how long it took to arrive and clear customs.
