For those with packages in clearance process or still on-route to Canada, you can expect that processing times are going to speed up for November, 2021.
As larger companies imports that are essential (such as Walmart, Giant Tiger, Best Buy, Metro, Loblaws) and any company that imports into Ontario's Christmas imports are now slowing down, this means that brokerage firms will now have time again for non-essential imports.
Christmas imports was a busy year this year for big imports and it has greatly slowed down everyone else's imports.
Those waiting on clearance or will be waiting on clearance can expect faster processing times starting in November.
