Due to the increased spread of Omicron of COVID19, we have implemented more security measures to reduce the transfer rate of potential spread that could be on packages.
The logistics industry has been hit hard with Omicron and many delivery drivers, warehouse workers and import offices around Toronto have tested positive for COVID19.
As the vast majority of parcels we receive on behalf of our customers all come through Toronto, which is a hot zone for COVID19 right now, we have decided to take extra precautions when receiving mail.
Some customers may see a slight delay of a couple days on their mail before its ready for pickup if it was received from an environment where their employees tested positive for COVID19.
Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause some, but the health and safety of our staff and our customers are top priority.
